[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Refrigerator Complaint

I had Refrigerator 328LMG4, which is out of warranty now. Complaint : lid of vegetable try is broken I raised two complaints rna[protected] dated feb, 4, 2015 & rna[protected] . Also called Sarika Bhosale. But still complaint is not resolved. Sarika is asking to raise another complaint. I am not sure how many times I need to raise complaint. The after sales service is really bad &shameless. The earlier complaints are closed automatically. Please support me in this regard. Hence forth I afraid to buy any LG product.
