In 2014 we had purchased a refrigerator but due to some defect in the product within a year it stopped working and was beyond repair.
Thankfully, it was changed and a new product was installed.
Now the similar problem has occurred with the replaced product .After continious reminder and inquiry an employ showed up day before yesterday.When we asked what caused the problem he blamed us for not maintaining the product and said that several parts were out of commision and had to be changed.Within 2 years we've had to face almost similar problems because of the unrealibilty of your products and top of that your employs have blamed us for not maintaining the product properly without any validation.We are also being asked to pay for the parts even when the product is in its warranty period.
All facts considered if your employ can vouch that the products can effictively work for atleast the next 2-3 years we will gladly pay the sum we are asked to or we request that you look into the matter and order a replacemnt. Was this information helpful? |
