A technician while visiting at our home first time then he said that we had to replace an led backlight of cost 4000rs after ordering those backlight then after he said your led panel was damaged you need to change it which are of cost 14000rs and led backlight of our TV model is not available anymore. So my complaint is that if LG is not having parts of our TV model then why we are paying for that it's not our fault.And plz send a skilled technician who can able to solve problems

LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In my case, technician gave two options [1] by changing the backlight of cost 4000rs [2] panel of cost 13500 rs
Then he told service center does not have backlight so you get the panel replaced. I asked can service center give in writing that backlight is not available and LG has stopped manufacturing. They didn't come back. Seems purpose is to earn money at any cost
