Dear Sir / Madam,
I had logged a call for LG A/C which is not working properly a month ago and still it is not resolved. When I ask your customer care people they say it is closed by stating the part is not available, without even bothering to inform the customer. I'm really disappointed with your after sales service, Though LG service guys visited thrice to repair even than the problem is not resolved. Having that said I kindly request you to address the issue at the earliest. If this problem is not resolved early, I have no other go but to proceed legally. Hope you wont give me a chance to prolong that far.
