Dear Sir/Mam,
I had a purchased LG TFT Monitor on 11 Jan 2017. After one year it have black dark line in display. I had register my complain on 24 April 2017.complain no is RNP[protected] next day technical service executive Mr. Deepak Sharma Mob No. [protected] contacted to me and said that your TFT display panel will come with in a week and he had closed my complain.
But when i call him on 13 May 2017 he said he is out of station and gave me another mobile No. to talk above subject.
When I Called that no ([protected] Mr. Vivek Uniyal) Mr. Uniyal said this display is out of stock and he will confirm to me on 15 May 2017.but now its approx 1 month have been passed nobody contact for above subject.
LG is a world's leading and growing company and also celebrating 20 years of love and trust but customer technical support department are busy in making fool to customers. its absolutely shows cheating behavior of LG's technical support staff/agencies.
So I am again request to you Kindly replace my TFT monitor now.
