[Resolved] LG Electronics — Side-by-Side Refrigerator GCB217BPJV not working

Suddenly my 14 months old side-by-side refrigerator stopped cooling on morning of 5-Oct-2014. Fridge was on with all temperature controls working without any cooling.
I registered a complain with customer care, complaint number RNA[protected].
On Monday (6-Oct-2014) the service advisor visited the house and declared that the gas had leaked and they need to order gas as it is imported. On 9-Oct-2014 another service advisor came home with replacement cooling gas. On checking he mentioned that gas was all fine and compressor is not working. He checked with 1st advisor and both agreed that compressor has gone bad.
Since then I have been trying to call both of the service advisors and they keep telling me that they have ordered for replacement part but LG factory keeps sending them wrong parts!! Can you believe this? LG is so irresponsible? Why the hell you are selling products with pricing through the roof if you cannot even send a proper replacement part for 2 weeks????
Today (13-Oct-2014), the service advisor tells me that if in another 1 day proper part number does not come, then I can escalate in LG office as he cannot do anything more.
Where the hell is LG Management? Are you guys listening/reading???
If you have any decency left kindly help to service customers as promised or stop selling such expensive products!!
