[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Split AC

LG has wrongfully charged us more than 3000/- so far from in the name of repairing our split AC which is not working for more than 2 weeks now. Their customer care is completely unresponsive.

All I'm left from there side is a complaint numbers and false assurance that someone will visit out apartment in next 24 hrs. Their customer care in charge chose not to answer any of calls despite several attempts from out side. Their executives at toll free number express inability to do anything beyond providing false assurance of raising the priority of the complaint but in reality do nothing. Another customer care in-charge keeps his phone switched off to avoid any phone calls from distressed customers.

In summary the LG group has failed miserably to provide customer support for their substandard products for which they charge their customers exorbitantly.

Their technicians are totally unskilled and have no clue in hell as to what the problem is and mostly rely on brute force approach to identify any issues. Almost always their 'guesses' of problems turnout to be false.

I demand that the firm be fined heavily for cheating its customers by providing faulty products and not fulfilling its commitments of timely customer support.
