LG Electronics — Television - mother board

Despite mails to lg team, and calls, there isnt any response, so is the cousmer court only option i have? If yes, whom should i include as parties?

Greetings! I am ashok doppalapudi, from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, writing this email to seek some help in solving my grievance regarding your company product.

Sir, i own 42ld650 lg television, and i am wondering why the quality of the product is so bad, that i have to change 3 montherboards in 3 years, and was proposed to get next mother board change in my recent service request, which makes it 4 mother boards in a span of 3 years. The reference number of my recent complaint number is rna[protected]. The tv has power issues where the monitor wont turn on, and its the same issue for the last 3 years. Here are the list of complaints i raised about the same
1) 26 may 2013
2) 8th june 2013
3) 18 june 2013
4) 20 july 2013
5) 15 nov 2013(I think this is where the motherboard was changed first time),
6) 7 october 2014
7) 9 october 2014
8) 25 october 2014
9) 20th jan 2015 (Second time motherboard replaced) &
10) 03 april 2016(3rd proposed motherboard change)

One motherboard/year? Is it the quality of motherboards lg have in your products each cost raning around 15000 inr approx? I request you to kindly look into it and propose me the how lg would want to deal with the bad quality product sold to me. Thank you.
