My LG 36” TV model no. 26LC7R is not working since last 6 months, repeated phone calls for repairs have been done, only once service engineer had come but couldnot repair as according to him the picture tube is faulty and needs to be replaced. However he said the model is discontinued hence even the picture tube is not available
On further follow-up, I was directed to LG-ASM Mr Choksi, who insists that original bill is required for any replacement. My Original bill is lost as it is more than 4 yrs
It is more than 6 months now, please look into the matter & get it repaired/repaired. If the model is discontinued the customer should not be made to wait for months, the company should replace the TV or do the needful.
