LG Electronics — Unsatisfactory After Sales Services

My LG air conditioner is giving me lot of maintenance since purchased. So many times, I have been complaining that cooling is not up to the mark & every time some or the other parts are suggested to be changed. In the month of Mar'15 I have already serviced the AC & today again it has some problem. Even engineers are not coming in time. I have been charged Rs.550/- and been promised to have proper gas refilling within a day time still I am waiting for the engineer to come!!! According to me, complaints must be attended within 24 hrs time with reasonable expenses..In Anand (Gujarat) I don't get satisfactory work & every time I feel like cheated by the local vendor.
