sorry to inform, that services of 5*rating lg ac are totally unsatisfactory. for the 1st time gas of ac was leaked in may-2015, 2nd time during sept-2015 and again 3rd time on 11th jan-2016. Firstly gas of ac was filled by lg personnel at my home, 2nd time, product was carried to workshop fo than a week ..As such I am very much fad-up mentally and physically of lg ac .Now I request you kindly, keeping in view humanitarian ground, arrange to replace present ac by fresh one, to avoid further more mental torture.My latest complaint no. on toll free is RNA[protected] dtd[protected].
