My LG washing machine stopped working on 16 August 2022. When called on costumer care helpline they said to call the next at working hours. I registered the complaint on 17 August 2022. The technician came to see the washing machine and said that 2 parts are required and when the parts will arrive someone will come and repair the machine. Since then nobody is say when the parts will come or where they have reached. Today is 3 September 2022. I have been calling LG costumer care again and again. They keep on raising the reminder to the service center. On insisting they sometimes provide with contact numbers of service center. I am from SAGAR, MP. The manager of service center does not pick up the phone. When I call the service center they cut the call. & I have 2 more contact numbers of some senior people in LG service center, they do not pick up the call. I have no clue when will the parts arrive & when will my washing machine be repaired...
