LG Electronics — Washing Machine is a Lemon

I bought my LG front loader in March. My washer has not sounded right since the day i got it. A service tech has been out twice and really can't pinpoint a problem with it. But it still persists and gets worse by the day. I have been battling this for three months now and I am beyond frustrated with your company. For the past month I cannot get you to respond to me. My washing machine sounds like a machine gun firing constantly when it spins. It shakes my whole house. I am prepared at this point to put a video of my washer spinning on social media and let everyone see what a new LG washer does. And also to file a complaint with the Better Business Board.
Something needs to happen!!!
