[Resolved] LG Electronics — Washing machine model: T72FFC22P | |||||
I have a washing machine (Model no T72FFC22P) purchased on 7th Nov 2012. The machine makes a terrible rattling noise when running. On registering a complaint on 31st Oct 2015 (RNA#[protected], the machine was picked up for repair at service center. I was told that the gear box has to be changed. The "supposedly" repaired machine was delivered on 5th Nov (after 6 days) by delivery boys. I was charged Rs 3297 for the repair. On attempting to run the machine, it has stopped working completely. I called the service center and was promised that a senior technician will report on 5th Nov evening but no one turned up, I am still waiting for service technician to turn up Extremely disappointed at the pathetic level of service by LG India on following counts: 1. Below expectations on reliability as Gear box needed to be changed within 3 years of operation 2. Charged for repair and new gear box and machine delivered in faulty condition after so called repair. I don't even know whether any service / repair was carried out at all. 3. Failing on commitment to depute technician after confirming schedule. 4. Uncertainty on when the technician will eventually turn up or will turn up at all to fix the machine. 5. The grievance redressal website of the company does not work. Despite several attempts to escalate the matter at the LG Grievance website, the complaint could not be registered as the website returned a server error. Was this information helpful? | |||||
