I will like to bring to your notice that I am an LG user and practically all my home appliances are LG make recently I have had a very bad experience with your repair service and customer care. I wanted to get my washing machine repaired so I called up your toll free number on 05 May and there was no response for almost 15 mins( This by the way is complain of most of LG users who have called your toll free number) On 06 morning, my complaint was registered and I was given receipt number as-RNA[protected], and I was also told that some body from local office will attend to me with in 24 hrs, no body contacted me till this morning. I again called up your toll free number and requested them to please get my repairs expedited, your staff gave me local service centre number, I spoke to your local office they said that driver is not there so my complaint cannot be attended.
One of the reasons we prefer your product and pay premium for it is your brand name and we expect you to deliver on your services, which I am sorry to say is not happening and you seem to be no different from others. May I request you to please get my repairs done and take action against your erring staff.
