Have been purchasing AMC on a yearly basis and since the last 2 years the engineer who comes to our place doesn't change the candle .
Last time when I insisted ( 21st August 2022 ), he changed the internal 4 candles and the last dates that the candles were changed mentioned 8th March.
SO the last 19 months we have been having water from the same candle and paying them .
when escalated to the LG customer care and the agency servicing our purifier we get some different stories every time when a new person is on call.
Need your help to escalate and get my amount back.
This is absolutely cheating and taking our health for granted.
