[Resolved] LG Electronics — Wrong commitment of services LG CONVECTION 21L | |||
I have purchased new microwave LG 21L convection on 7th dec 2014 but till date no one has done visit for demo of new product(how to use). becuase we are working so could be available on sunday only therefore requested to service centre & customer care so many time to arrange visit on sunday only but denied by service centre in sonepat . Service centre guy bahaved very harshly for denying visit on sunday because of their weekly off on sunday. So now i feel this was the worst experience of me with LG company who is not able to provide services as per their committment with hiding few points(services are subject to ...). I am feeling harrasment by this company and not able to use this product so only one choice I have that, i will return this product to seller. (Croma centre, rohini, delhi). my complaint no is RNA[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
