Since the last 3 months, I am facing recurring problems, with my LG 365 litres double door, 3 years old refrigerator.
I have been lodging complaints, only to hear the foll feedback :
a) Part is called for
b) Part has not yet arrived
c) When the part will arrive, we will repair your fridge.
The complaint lodged last week, is not yet resolved. I only keep getting assurances from your team but nothing happens.
The engineer (have serious doubts on their capability) who came yesterday, brought a compressor, since the earlier technician found a problem in that...But to my utter shock, mentioned that the problem is not actually with the compressor, there are 2 other parts not functional ??
And all this after having an AMC...The executives, who sell expensive products like LED Smart TV (we own 2 of them - 47 ") suggest us to take an AMC, so that we do not bear the charges on repair, , , ,
Again to my utter shock, the LG executives tell me, I will have to pay for these services ??
Have totally lost my faith in this company...and if not resolved today, will surely take up the matter with Consumer Forum and Senior Executives at LG, since I have been harassed since 3 months,
