i had locked a call for my washing machine on 11th June 2015 (Complain no: RNA[protected] its been a month but still i am not given any solution for the same. Its been a mental haressement for me as i call atleast 4 times a day to your call center as well as the service center. Do not understand why i am not been given any solution to my problem is it so tuff for your engineers to rectify the problem? Then the question come why you make such products if your product is good then i think your engineers are not qualified enough to solve the issue. Service center always give me different answer as to one day the issue is solved and machine kept on testing the other day they say engineer will come and check. I brought the machine so that my mother does not have a problem since a month we are left with no choice. request to solve the issue ASAP. Nitu
