I have purchased a Double Door fridge of 240 Ltr. Model GL-254VTG5 on April, 2011. But I am very sorry to inform you that I haven't got good service from this product, because on the end of 2011, one fine morning the fridge began to noise heavily. Immediately we called the service engineer of LG. They came and told that the back side pipe of the fridge, just beside the compressor has been broken down because particularly in this model it has been build in fiber body but it should be in copper body. He described and taken the fridge into their custody for repair. After 15 days they returned back the fridge by a truck driver who unloaded the fridge by himself and plugged it on but at that time it was not working. Again he took the fridge and after another 15 days they returned the fridge. Again the fridge creating problem that it is not getting cool and after too many initiative we can lounge our complain and your engineers came and after inspection they told that compressor has stopped working.
Now we are quite surprised about that if the compressor would stop working few months later, then our dream fridge from a dream company like “LG Electronics”. From the very beginning (at the time of first dispute and after reconnection) I am telling to your engineers that the working condition of the fridge is not proper. But they did not bother on that and told that noting is it. I already had experienced 25yrs. In working condition of our old fridge Kelvinator which was still in working condition when we purchased this new fridge. Was this information helpful? |
