I have bought an AC two months back. It's an inverter based AC and there is an issue with it now. It automatically gets switched off . The complaint has been filed with customer service and it's been 7 days today, ththe issue has not been fixed . I have been calling LG customer service department and ththe higher prrsonnel several times a day. Their engineer had visited my place but had gone back stating parts needs to be changed . I have been treated very unprofessionally by them . Please advise next course of action and consider this as a serious complaint .
