[Resolved] LG India Ltd — Unavilable of lg TV 32LG80UR ATR (IN) part with LG and improper service | |||
Dear Sir, I regret to say that I have really bad experience with the service provided by LG. I had purchased LG 32" jazz 32LG80UR TV in Sep 2009 which has suddenly stopped showing display now. I have contacted customer care and registered the complaint. Your technician visited the house and within 5 min he concluded that the display/pannel is faulty and LG company have stopped this part(pannel) production and he further added he can't do anything further. I cantacted customer care again and they told me to contact LG service centre, they gave me 2 contact number. I tried both contact for continously two days and none of them have been answer yet. Further contacting customer care they gave me one more number which was again never responded. Its very sad to know that such an international company like LG is not responding. Even I am shocked with you technician support who can conclude just in 5 min that nothing is possible now. Dear sir, I am not the high class person who can afford new TV after every 5 years, I am really worried if I have to buy a new one. Request you to please let me know the most reasonable solution.
