[Resolved]  LG India — TV Repair under AMC

1. I have a plasma TV 42 Inch of LG company which i have an AMC valid till Aug 2014. 2. I reported a complaint about display on 20th (approx) Sep and the RNA no is[protected]. 3. I am not being contacted by the company. However, when contacting the concerned engineer I am being told that the part is not available and has been ordered. I am also being told that it would be available in four days positively. This has continued for four times and therefore now almost 33 days have elapsed. 4.
