1. I have a plasma TV 42 Inch of LG company which i have an AMC valid till Aug 2014.
2. I reported a complaint about display on 20th (approx) Sep and the RNA no is[protected].
3. I am not being contacted by the company. However, when contacting the concerned engineer I am being told that the part is not available and has been ordered. I am also being told that it would be available in four days positively.
This has continued for four times and therefore now almost 33 days have elapsed.
4. It is requested that the matter may be resolved at the earliest.
