I have a LG Color TV purchased in 2006. I found
some problems like some stripes are coming & in between TV is getting OFF. I
contacted customer care at [protected] and got registered the complaint number
4 times

Even after raising 4 requests, LG executive
not visited the place even a single time & after talking to Service Managers
many times also nothing is happening. Now, Service Manager says TV has to bring
it to Service Centre. If that is the case what is the use of Service Manager or
Service Team or Customer Care?
Please resolve the issue.
