[Resolved] Lic Of India — Double Payment | |||
Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I have paid LIC Premium twice(Rs.12010) on 22 Jun 2015 for LIC Policy No.[protected]. I paid the premium using LIC website online (ICICI Bank-Internet banking) and transaction was successful.I also received the receipt. I have also scheduled the Premium payment from Standard Chartered Credit Card a/c that is also got triggered on 22 Jun 2015 after online payment of LIC premium. I spoke to standard chartered customer care executive to cancel this transaction but they cannot cancel this transaction from their end. I also spoke to LIC of india to do not claim this amount but LIC of india have accepted the claim . I request LIC of india to return the amount(Rs 12010) paid from Standard Chartered Credit Card A/C. LIC has refunded the amount in bank account but it takes almost 20 days to refund.
I have many email communication with LIC india and finally i received my amount in bank Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
