i got call from [protected] .This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company.he told me about interest free loan against hdfc life jeevan samruddhi Policy plan.He is telling me he is senior manager of HDFC life Insurance/loan dept.He told me about and convinced me fully on it. By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 50000 Then HDFC will give Rs 500000 for 10 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to HDFC life . first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls With the help of this forum , I would like to tell all people to not faith on such type of calls /offers. These People are third party vendor working for these banks and getting commission on each sell of products. Please be aware of such type of calls. One of my friend who has already taken a policy and he didn't get any loan after that. Now he is looking to close his policy but no one is helping him to return his first paid premium. Thank you guys !!! I was about to transfer amount to these guys.. I got similar call from Payal.. honey trap of personal loan at 8.5 %. I hope HDFC to take action against them since they are referring this bank with thier Policy.. also please this should be taken care by cyber crime department to catch hold such fake personnel.

I got the same kind of call today from +[protected]. He was offering me loan worth Rs. 10 Lakhs at 0% interest for 10 years. All I have to buy and life insurance policy from HDFC Life. After that company will provide me loan against that policy. I asked the reason for this low interest rate, he said, company doing this to save his tax!!!
I asked for the authenticity for the offer, such as where I can verify this offer (i.e. website, branch, mailer) he tells that if I go to any branch and ask for to verify the offer, they will get their commission of 25% from my loan amount.
I was damn sure that this fake calls. Then simply asked to send me email regarding this offer from their official email id. Suddenly the person disconnected the call.
Hence I request for everyone, please don't believe in such fake offer, Always remember, on one will give their money for free to anybody. Yes it is a Sugar Trap. They will get commission once you purchase the policy, later you won't get any loan against that policy. (I think the brand HDFC life is also involved in this as they are not taking any action against such fraud). Those who have bought the policy this way, I suggest them to report the issue to Directly IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and development authority). It could cancel their License.

Fake /Fraud calls for Insurance claim settlement with False policy pretending to be calling from HDFC lifeInsurance
I recently got call from HDFC Life insurance (which I reliazed was fraud call) indicating that I had purchased life insurance policy xyz in 2012 but did not pursue it after the 1st premium installation. They indicated the policy was covered for a sum of 5 lacs. The policy is expiring due to non-payment of subsequent premiums and hence I will recieve only 5, 000/- out of my first premium paid of Rs. 50, 000/-. If we wanted to avail partial claim ofrs. 3.8 lacs, I need to have minimum 3 premiums paid of which I already paid one - that is Rs.50, 000/-. So I need to give 2 additional premium Rs. 50, 000 x 2
Now -
1) The way they call and provide updates, it sounds to be very genuine and from the company they said they were calling - HDFC Life Insurance. However, they mastered the fraud art
2) It will sound that by paying Rs. 1 lac (+ 50, 000/- already paid), you will get claim for Rs. 3.8 which a person thinks easy money to get
3) They would make multiple calls - from customer care, then manager call and then from accounts department and again all these calls will seem very authentic
They will then tell to buy a policy for Rs. 1 lac (equal to 2 premiums) and then they would merge this with the existing policy and then do a pre-closer and would indicate 20 days date when you will get the amount credited to your account.
They will make you pay through online payment and make you purchase a life insurance policy.Once payment done, they will get the commission and your money is gone into purchasing a policy that was not required and you will have a tough time to cancel it.
I got trapped into this and payed 1 lc and got a policy by fraud. I was out of town when I got the call and could not verify my policy purchased in 2012 (which they indicated) and made a payment in hurry as they indicated it was last day, else it would get expired.
The good thing is I realized it timely and cancelled the policy within 15 days as per freelok IRDAI guidelines and got the refund. If you get late and 15 days passed, you cannot get any refund.

The other calls from a lady from accounts department also sounds very authentic. But its an organized fraud gang.
Be aware of calls from these numbers but not limited to as they are a fraud gang and maybe with many more numbers and changing overtime.

Now that I got the money refund, I will let HDFC Life insurance how their name is being targetted for fraud and also police against these poeple.
