Loop Mobile — Refund of Security Deposit

The above complaint was lodged on the 9th Feb, 2015. As of today what is the status of this complaint. Still waiting for someone from Loop (if the company exists somewhere in this country) to respond and return my security deposit.

How many other customers have they conned by not refunding the Security Deposit.

My mobile number is [protected] and it has been a couple of months since I have shifted to another mobile service provider having been informed that Loop Mobile was
shutting down its services.

I was informed also that by December 2014 I would receive my security deposit that was held by Loop Mobile. It is now nearly the end of February and still no sign of the refund amount due.

Please all your grievance cell email id's and appellate email id's are now inactive. Which means your company has literally absconded with customer deposits.

Please let me know when it is expected to be processed by your company.

Please note I just received a phone call from the following number[protected] ... the number seems listed as COSTOMER SUPPORT.

The person on the phone line identified himself as "MADHAR CHOD" and demanded I tell him what the total amount of the Security Deposit that was due to be refunded.

He claimed if I told him this the amount would be refunded immediately.

Its obviously a parallel scam running and I have immediately called the concerned department in the cybercell division and handed over the phone number details to them as well as I am on the way to the police station to make a complaint.

My name is Gurvinder Singh Kohli. I had a BPL (Loop Mobile) connection no [protected]. I have paid Rs 4500/- as secureity deposit. After discontinuation of Loop Mobile services I shifted to Airtel. Now the Loop Mobile offices near to my home & office are closed. How and when I will get my deposit amount of Rs 4500/- back. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

We are in receipt of last bill dt.23.11.2014 with credit balance of Rs. 2751.12
Please note customer A/C no. 1.550248 and my phone no.[protected] was port out to vodafone on 14.11.2014.
I would like to request you as under.
01, My refund suppose get on it is own but even till date i have not received
02, There is customer care number where we can call and check.
03, There is no email where we can complaint. email are bounce back.

not satisfied with service, excess billing

mobile [protected], though i have been requesting them to convert my post paid connection to prepaid, no action has been taken for past three months, instead they keep on sending me excess bill, without using phone.

Not getting any call back from MNP department
