I have subscribed TOI & ET newspaper- Order No 4280019 & recd a receipt of only one for TOI. Though the cheques given for both have been given & is debited from my account, I have still no clue on ET newspaper. I have started receiving the TOI but not the ET as yet. Your sales exec Nitin Meher mob no. [protected] now doesnt work & the landline nos. given behind the receipt just rings. Just spoke to one Nikita once & she assured to get back but I gues she is no more as no one picks up the damn phone.
Request you top execs to sometimes try from their landline & act as a customer to see the stress & distraught caused by such a BIG NAME...
Would like to know the status if ever someone would respond as the experience with u has so far been very distatseful...
