times internet limited — non-delivery of booked items

I have booked a sony cybershot 10.1MP camera and 2 GB MP3 player on 07 Aug 2009.
order no.[protected]. Representative of skypak financial securities pvt. ltd. has collected the chaque no. 825589 from me on 11 Aug 2009. on 14 Aug 2009 amount is debited from my canra bank account.

After repeated reminder and tele conversation with the call centre, till date the items is not delivered to me.

You are requested to take necessary action so that matter is settled amicably.

times internet limited — Non delivery of product

I purchased some computer accessory from "Indiatimes Shopping" on 20th November 2011 and paid amount using credit card. Expected product delivery date was 30th November 2011. On 1st December 2011 I did not get any response so I log on to their website and noticed that product status is "to be shipped". So I first try to use their chat service to get assistance but no one response then called them. The representative unable to give any confirmation so I request her to canceled the order. As per her information no charge will be deduct and payment will be refund within 2-3 working days but till today 15th December 2011 I did not get back my money.

Please don't purchase anything from Indiatimes shopping if you are hurry. Their representative very poor about information. They have no good policy for refund amount.
Still if you want to purchase from them, at lease verify any of your neighbor about they received product their purchased product. Don't use voice or chat service, they eat your time and money and give you wrong information.

times internet limited — Not doing cancellation or refund

I purchase mobile samsung galaxy grand from Indiatimes on 16 june. but still they are not giving my product. Even they are not doing cancellation. So i want cancellation and refund as soon as possible......
Service is very poor and bad of indiatimes....
