[Resolved]  Times Internet Limited — Faulty Mobile Phone Delivered

I ordered Xolo Q1000 (White) [B1882138] Mobile phone through Indiatimes Shopping online. Paid Rs.10, 999/-. Received faulty one, when I called they asked me to speak to Xolo Customer Care in Bangalore. I met Srishti Enterprises in Rajajinagar for the same. They made me to visit their shop for more than10 times but did not release DO No. No one called me from Indiatimes to resolve this issue. Instead, I had been calling them so many times. Past 1 and a half month nothing has happenned and I have been running pillar to post and making so many calls. No one is helping, I have been cheated by Indiatimes Shopping.
