I called the customer care several times, registered several complaints online which was always closed as 'OK' without giving any solution by the Boisar division.

I visited the Boisar West Mahavitran branch submitted physical forms and documents as well

Still they havent approved my request, i cannot travel multiple times to the office as it takes 6 hrs journey, hence my humble request to look into it

I have registered almost 8 complaints regarding faulty meter with no display but the same is unresolved. Everytime it is closed with remarks sent for spot verification if found faulty will be replaced. But it never get replaced since last 8 months and paying higher bills in the name of average bill. My address is in Pune Camp, Center Street. It so happened that today i.e. 7th Mar 2022 MSEB employee from JJ Garden section without informing disconnected the connection of entire building.
Repeated request to section engineer felt on deaf ears. Infact section engineer is not having knowledge of even checking the status of pending or paid bill and falsely insisted that the bill was unpaid even after sending over the proofs of paid...

I paid my electricity bill for Feb 2022 through ICICI Bank of rupees 330 vide transaction number[protected]. But not received by Mahavitaran MSEB. Transition was made on Authorize app by Mahavitran. Bank told me that TPSL Government is gateway of Mahavitran.
Amount deducted from my bank account.
Please give me a justice. Enquire details about this transition....

I am very hearted by your wireman, his name is Pathan as he said. He threatened my son. He misbehaved and abused to my son in my absence. He spoked very rudely and abused when my son asked about his uniform and ID. He cut my electricity power due to amount due rs.830/- it was ok to cut electricity power but how any one can abused. He was like recovery agent.

We have regular power cuts on daily basis and its unscheduled. Today is 10th day when we have No power since 5am. When we report on the MSEB phone no.[protected] about power failure then the reason they tell are cable fault, wire got stick together, load on cable and any reason as per their choice.
