Today I have send my vehicle marazzo for periodical service at near by service center. at first they have given me a job card and estimate bill that company has recommended for 30000 km service. I have seen and approved.
But after completing the service they have charged me extra by replacing costly oil and extra quantity also. Company has recommended only 5 ltrs oil but they charged me 6 lts oil. This is how they are cheating customers...

Sir, I want to purchase a new thar. I want a test drive. But nobody given a test drive of my location. I request to many agency near by me. But they can ignore me. All the agencys can say i have no thar for the test drive. Mahindra does not gave test drive. And say that come to the showroom and see there. There have no workers for the test drive. Please help me for the test drive....

I've been getting this fault (Engine light blinking & Car doesn't start) in my vehicle (TUV300) for the past 2 years, Since then the issue hasn't been ractify by your Engineers.

All this is very tiring and time consuming for me, Paid multiple visits and amount for the same fault.
We have to tow my car and take it to the centre 3 times now because your RSA is not capable either(Great)....

I have bought new xuv300 w8 optional Diesel MT car in August 2021 .This is a top model But there are some defects as below-
1 ) there is no boot light
2 )there is no 3 point center seat belt
3 ) there is no heated OVRMS...

But till now no car available dealer is cheating me.

This is to inform you that i have had the worst experience while getting my var serviced from Raj vehicles Mahindra Patiala. They never answer any of my queries over the phone. They have no idea how to fix the chassis plate and i have to go several times to pay them a visit for a single problem and that too it’s unresolved. Also, if there’s a manufacturing problem in glove box then why don’t you change it and look for warranty period....

I bought a XUV 300 on september /29/2020.As I am an employee in PSU, i am eligible for a corporate offer of Rs 5000/-. I waited tor three months. I recently got my vehicle serviced and all the interiors of the vehicle is Spoilt. Am attaching images of the poor Service quality.
I don't understand which chemical was used for interior cleaning that all the crome plating has got spoilt.

Coolant not changed but the charges for coolant change was included in the bill.

Coolant in the photo I provided is the one I got from local market.It’s not Mahindra original coolant.

They provided us the blank bottles of coolant but there is no change in car. The coolant bottles they provided were of pink coloured coolant and I filled the car with green coloured coolant.
