Majorbrands. In — Defective stuff delivered

I ordered a guess bag from Majorbrands.in for INR 5000, the same was delivered to me in a few days and the product was defective, the strap was already broken, it had scratches on it as if it was previously used. I sent an email with a photograph to Major brands and till date no revert, nobody answers phone calls and nobody cares about consumer complaint. Its a scam.
