It is very unfortunate that a website like majorbrands.in which claim to sell products of so many leading international brands do not pay the slightest heed to customer satisfaction. I ordered a guess bag from Majorbrands.in for INR 5000, the same was delivered to me in a few days and the product was defective, the strap was already broken, it had scratches on it as if it was previously used. I sent an email with a photograph to Major brands and till date no revert, nobody answers phone calls and nobody cares about consumer complaint. Its a scam....

I have purchased handbag of worth 3600 from the website www.major brands.in. It was delivered yesterday. They took approximately 20 days to deliver it and the packing is also very poor. They have 30 days of return policy but didn't mention anywhere about what is the terms and conditions for damaged article. They give me credit notes or replacement of the product and again took 20 more days to deliver it. I don't want credit notes or any replacement...
