I have purchased handbag of worth 3600 from the website www.major brands.in. It was delivered yesterday. They took approximately 20 days to deliver it and the packing is also very poor. They have 30 days of return policy but didn't mention anywhere about what is the terms and conditions for damaged article. They give me credit notes or replacement of the product and again took 20 more days to deliver it. I don't want credit notes or any replacement I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
