My name is Challa Sathvik, and Im currently living in Sydney, Australia. Actually, my father challa laxma reddy booked a car with you and would want to share my experience with one of the Tata showroom employees. I've included screenshots of emails I've received, as well as booking receipts and my bank-approved loan statement. Actually, I ordered a car from one of the Tata showrooms in Hyderabad. I had a pretty horrible experience, and it's a major fraud. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I reserved a car, and your staff person has agreed to bring it.I paid 22000INR, when I booked the vechile, the company has agreed to delivered it in 1-3 weeks until unless I pay the amount to the Malik cars and my bank accepted 12 lakhs in loans.which were transferred to the organisation. I'm willing to pay the remaining amount in cash and cheque directly to the showroom as of now .but I'm not sure why I suddenly got an email from your staff stating that the prices have been raised and that I must pay an additional fee, and they are also forcing me to take a Tata Safari or any different colour, claiming that the vehicle I ordered is damaged and requesting bride to have my vehicle delivered. Is this how they treat customers? I'm quite upset, and this is not how you treat customers. It is completely treating us once everything has been completed. My father and I have really struggled hard to get our car approved, it’s our dream to get a car. But the situation is worst.
