Malik Cars Pvt Ltd — Rude behaviour 9 months no registration

I have purchased Tata Tiago from malik cars boduppal, my registration is not done since 9 months, staff is very rude they don't know how to handle customer because of that no body shows interest in that even I called Tata customer care raised complaint but no use.
