basic requirement not available in product

Respected sir,
I have purchase a software from marg compusoft PVt Ltd. They have given me the product and said that it will fill my all requirment. But from january i got many problems, in that they solve some one but the major problem not solved till today. I paid all money to them and they have not fullfill my requirment. I mail them many time no reply accept we will see this.
I want to know what action i can take on them...
