From G Boopathy raja TN 02 ar 34 Model no 2011 Chennai Sub Engine rataling noise and shockabsorver weak Sir, I am using swift vdi from 20011 and maintenance is given to indus motors for all these days. 2014 itself I made a complaint against my shock problem but they didn't see that. I was under maintenance service for 4 years. I didn't receive the refund money also from Indus they have closed and shifted to Cochin.now I am facing problem with my engine rataling noise so please. I faced the similar issue in my Ertiga ZDI (2012) from few days. The gear box refuses to shift from 3rd to 2nd .the 2nd gear engages sometimes but most of times does not.
