Fraud by Maruthi insurance claiming without permission without doing any work and on complaining they sent mail that they had cancelled the claim but now it is time to make payment for insurance the policy is recorded as claimed policy, Though I had not claimed any policy till date. Neither I had signed any document regarding. is claiming require customer signature they must have did fraud signature. They had also said the claim is cancelled and sent mail also the mail is forwarded below. But the isurance they are saying to pay for insurance as claimed since delay in processing time and they are ready to refund balance amount of non claim as cash. Which means as per records the policy is claimed. I don't understand how they could do such a fraud that even after continuous mails and phone calls they are not ready to interfere and solve the issue rather than that making lame excuses to save themselves.
Sir, Please do help me since my hard earned money is taken by such a company who has lakhs of customers. Please help me to resolve this and make my no claim recordical and strict action against the company so that they will never reapeat to dare such fraud in future.
