Hi team,

I bought maruti suzuki swift 2016 model in kalyani and i given first 2 free service in kalyani mysore road they have not done anything and given simply without general checkup ok leave that when i gave for 3 free service i faced so many issues there after taking my car from service engine oil started leaking, clutch plate got harder, steering shaft plate got removed, seats clips got removed and i su prised to see my car front left side tyre gone (Boiled) for only 10000 kms driven which i have not acceptable they have not done the wheel alignment in the general check up. I don't know what they have done in 3rd free service. And front & rear defogger was not working which i raised query. I don't know what they have done when i raised query they told me to run 1000 kms then will give tyre. They have given one tyre but what about the front right tyre that also almost 70% gone for only 16000 kms. They totally spoiled my car in 3rd free service for my new car. I need solution for this and i observed after third service i am not getting proper pickup and mileage. I am getting only 16.8 mileage in the highway. I need solution for this, spent 9 lakhs for this vehicle, for one year they spoiled my vehicle. Is this the way these people are giving service.

    Raised complaint with maruti to resolve my new dzire car issue, the complaint number is[protected].

    The issue is,

    I have taken all new dezire from varun motors on 30th sep 2017 i never seen such a pathetic service from any vendor
    I have taken oxfor blue color the painting of the body was not proper initially i thought it is due to teflon coating i have called one private person for that after teflon coating it was still hard surface so i did inform the same to sales executive the name is murali he took the vehicle and did the same still it was same and after two day i went to showroom given the same complaint with their senior executive named haribabu, i did ask him you have given old car, unfortunately even he was not aware of that this car is manufacture month, he told me that, dzire is selling like hot cakes, so the manufacture date would be sep.
    He checked and sent for another teflon coating with water wash and teflon coating it was still remain they tried with second time still it was same they applied some paper on the body and did the teflon coating third time on the same day fortunately the new yet to deliver dzire parked next to my vehicle with one time teflon coated i did asked the executive his name is madhinder reddy to compare both vehicle he told me that now it little better i told that this vehicle is not purchased under discount sale i have paid complete price then he told me that he will speak to management and teflon coating guy told me that sir if i go for another coating the color will shade when i talk to haribabu he said he will escalate to maruti i did call him after two days to know the status he started give me the reasons that sir if maruti team examine also they will tell the same instead of that he started telling me that he will give one more teflon coating free and 2000/- will be added to my autocard
    Now my car lost the originality my kind request is please replace my car with new one at the earliest.

    And maruti is claiming 22kmpl however i am getting 13.5kmpl on average, showrooms guys did mileage test as well, as per their meter it was showing 18+ kmpl, when we fill the tank it was 13.5 kmpl, so they asked to take long round again, this time we went to another 40km, and when we filled the tank, it was giving 16.5kmpl, i am sure all the issues are related to as this is old vechile. They are treating it as i did purchased on discount, but actual is have paid all the amount they did ask me.

    I request you to please help me to replace the car with new one at the earliest

      We have purchased maruti suzuki new dzire zdi+ amt on[protected] from pavan motors pvt ltd, secunderabad via chasis no: ma3czf03shf125520, engine number: d13a3095989, vehicle regd number: ts10em2323.

      We are facing a peculiar problem when ever we apply brakes. When ever we apply brakes we are getting lot of front brake noise. This brake sound is being heard from the day we purchase the vehicle. We have done 1st service at acer motors, secunderabad and given the complaint. But the problem has not been solved. We showed the vehicle again in pavan motors pvt ltd, secunderabad; but the problem has not been solved.

      We request you to kindly help us out to solve the brake noise problem. We are surprise that we have spend so much of money on your vehicle and we are getting this brake noise problem. We have driven other new dzire diesel 2017 model vehicles and we have not heard any noise when we apply brakes.

      Kindly do the needful immediately and solve our vehicle problem.

      I too have new 2017 Dzire ZDI+ AMT which started giving break noise few days back i have taken delivery of my vehicle on 30th September 2017 and driven less than 1000kms. I am very surprised to see such issues with a Maruti Suzuki car. Have taken appointment with the service centre for 12 Nov let’s see what they have to say.

      But this is very shocking from Maruti after paying so much for the car the quality is too bad..

      I have Purchased Dzire 2017 VDI model in September soon after first service i have noticed that while applying brakes at low speed (below 50 KMPH) loud noise is being heard with vibration on brake pedal.
      Hi Guys,

      I also facing same problem post running 500 km with new Dzire.

      I have contacted service centre but the person told it is normal sound which is coming from front brakes. But completely shocking response from brand like Maruti. I haven't heard such type of noise from Xcent or Nissan driven so far.
      Please post if you find resolution as I came to know that Maruti has started recalling 21500 units of new Dzire due to manufacturing defect at rear end.

      HI,

      I got my new dzire 2017 in Sep 2017 and done first service in Nov 2017 and i got the same breaknoise issue.

      I have contacted Acer Motors hyderabad for the same issue and the complaint has been registered and notified me that the issue has been identified by customer care people and break pads need to be changed. they designed new breakpads for this particular model.
      I bought the new Dzire on 10th November 2017 and I've been having the same problem mentioned right from the start. I was told by the service guys as that will be gone for sure after 5000 kms. It's about 6000 kms now and getting worse.

      Not only this, i had to change the ECM of the vehicle within 15 days of purchase as it has gone fault. First shock and my trust was not at stake.

      Maruti driver who took my car for 2nd service, met with accident and my car had to be repainted. He acknowledged the accident and had my car repainted. Repainting of left rear door now appears to be different color and the paint job is too bad. I've escalated this to customer service and haven't heard back yet.

      The engine noise is too loud at even low speeds, especially in 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear except for the 5th one. It sounds like a tractor even with AC turned on, completely closed wwindows and honestly it's high time I regret buying this car.

      One of the main reasons I chose this car is, I heard that after sales service of Maruti is good. Trust me, it was good back then when my family had an omni and certainly not now..

      I bought the car from Kapico Motors, Kilpauk, Chennai.

      Maruti has certainly lost it's trust. Let me see if this post would make a change.

      I also bought new Dzire on 3rd Dec 2017 and I've been having the same problem mentioned right from the start, When ever we apply brakes we are getting lot of front brake noise. and wind noise in the car after 50 km speed.

      I think Maruti is only thinking of mileage...not for quality.

      I have done fist service and complained about the breaks but not solved just this week I have done second service with RK service center with the same complaint. Strange statement that every desire has got the problem which is not rectifiable and nothing to worry etc

      Hi I also bought New Dzire on November 2017 it's ZXI+ AMT Model. I am having the same problem some wierd sound when i apply the brake. i've complaint the same to the Dealer and they said this is normal and sounds comes from ABS However I've checked other ABS Cars too but they do not have this issue.Don't know what to do whenever I lodge the complaint with the dealer they give the same answer. Whom to contact for this issue pls guide.

      I also bought new Dzire on jan 2018 from Pasco, Gurugram driven 4000 KM's only and I've been having the same problem mentioned right from the start, When ever i apply brakes, getting lot of front brake noise in the car. Even some sound coming from backside in stationary condition when i press the brake pedal.Raised the same issue with service adviser during 2nd service( august-18).But issue not solved. Take my vehicle to service centre for 3 times to rectify the issue. 3rd time they kept my vehicle for 2 days in service centre to replace front brake pads. After changing the pads also still noise coming from front side.
      Worst thing was it takes 2 days for Pasco to replace the brake pads & they return my vehicle with issues as it is.

      Worst service after sales.

        My car ac not working in proper manner, problem is that if i selected front air mode than air leakage in leg side. Air mode function not work proper, many times i complain in amar car show room (Gorva) vadodara.
        But still problem is pending no body take care of it.

          Hello, i purchase new dezire white color in the month of september. I facing problem related to paint of my vehicle. Vehicle no mh-12 gh 4825.

          It is extremely unfortunate that this issue remains increasing day by day.

          Paint remove if it slietly touch to wall or anythink. Even i experience there is no quoting available inside the color.

          This is simply not expected from an organisation like maruti suzuki.

          Please revert on how do we get this resolved.

            My complaint is after only one month my engine seized.
            Got it towed to nearby mechanic where i found there is not a drop of engine oil
            After just one month of service.
            Gave a call to service centre to mr. Deppak rawat where as expected did not recieve a proper hearing. He gave me a number of of gm service whose number is busy for last two days.

              In indus maruti - mettukkada service centre my a-star automatic (Kl 01 bd 6738) is serviced 2 months back, mr. Vishnu was the service advicer. Front two tyres were replaced and fixed two old tyres, which already reported to indus and
              One mr. Sujith inspected the matter for two times, then told me that final decision already send to me by mail, without sending mail.
              Then complaint given to customer care, after that mr. Sujith told me that regional manager will inspect the car on 28th sept., not yet inspected by r. M. And my grievence not finalised. Please take action to get my original tyres back.

                I purchased wagonr commercial cng car in year 2015. Car registration no. Dl1rtb5519.in my car cng is leaking. I have visited to motor craft, sahibabad on 05/11/2017 (Morning) for aforesaid problem. I have handed over my car to mr. Prem (Mobile no.[protected]. He has told me that he will clear the points on 06/11/2017 (Morning). But till now i have not received any response from motor craft. My car is under warranty. I am continuously calling to mr prem but he is not giving me proper response/not picking my call.                   I purchased swift dezire regn up32fv8597 from url lol on 28.10.2014. I am a retired officer o[censored]p govt. And settled in aligarh. From very beginning., there is a problem in cooling of ac. I complained at that time also (Not in writing) but the concerned employees told that it is ok. On 02.11.2017 i put my car for periodic maintenance servicing in dev motors pvt ltd. Aligarh.. Job card no. Jc17011965 with the same complaint of ac, but the result zero. Again i contact the workshop with my car on 03.11.2017. They tried but still a. C. Is not working. I contacted my in-laws who is working as gm in tata moters, he also discussed with the concerned authority of workshop, but still the problem is asitis. I am not in favour of any complaints, as the credibility of maruti suzuki but unfortunately i have to bring to your kind attention my problem with hope to understand and resolve the same.

(04.11.2017) but the problem is that my original parts stolen from my car alto 800 lxi by service center and head light also damaged (Driver side) by labour and service supervisor neglecting these things

                      I have bought maruti swift lxi in 2009 for my father. Till now car run only 11367km. I have visited to rohan motors limited greater noida. They told clutch plate was burn and i have to change clutch plate. Which charge is rupee 8000
                      As my vehicle run only 11367 km. How come this happen as usually this happen after 50000km. Can you let me know maruti is making very poor instrument.
                      Please do needful as this is very same for me to buy maruti suzuki vehicle.

                        Dear sir,

                        The complaint page of nexa is not showing the option of the dealer at my city and even selecting dealer of some other city the complaint is not registering at all.

                        Kindly refer to above i would like to share my today's (I. E 05/11/2017) experience with competent automobile mandi (Himachal pradesh) regarding my first service of maruti ignis car which was purchsed last month.

                        The first service experience at competent automobiles at mandi was very bad and i am very much dissatisfied with the service experience at the service center of competent automobile. My vehicle enter the premises at 10:10 am while the confirmation message for the entrance of the vehicle received on my mobile at 10:50 am. Today was my first service and there was only washing and wheel alignment which more or less takes one hour at the most but i received my vehicle at 01: 15 pm i. E. Almost three hours after the entrance of the vehicle. There was no proper information about the vehicle and no proper working environment. There was no arrangement of the workers at the service center despite the fact that today was sunday and the service center should arrange proper strength of its employee. The excuse given when inquired time and again was that today is holiday and maximum workers are on leave. If the workers are on leave then they should not let the entrance of the vehicles from the gate with a proper information to the customer one day prior so that the customer should not bear the fault of the service center. Further i noted that at least five workers were working on a single car (And talking to each other and passing the time) despite the fact that other vehicles are there in the service station remaining unattended for a long time. Few workers were talking over telephone for a long time and were doing nothing. I also noted that there are 13 bay at which 13 vehicle can be serviced at one time but only three to four vehicles were being attended at a time.

                        Before purchasing the vehicle i also compared the hyundai which is famous for the after sale services. But while visiting the nexa showroom i felt that the maruti is selling the luxury vehicles under nexa so after sale service would be much better than maruti and if not better than hyundai but at least up to its mark. But the after sale service is given by maruti and not nexa and as usual it is a total failure. Very bad experience totally dissatisfied.

                          I bought new dezire vechile from aadthi maruti showroom at kinathukadavu. Car delivery date 17october but insurance date is 25october. They are not registered in temporary but they delivered car at 17 october. Service was very worst. They are not giving invoice, insurance, warranty copy, auto card, manual book, extra key. They are cheating a customer but there is no response for showroom pls help to me.

                            I purchase the maruti swift and now i see the fault in paint i ask to every showroom and show the fault in paint and company team said that that’s mistake but he company. Paint is not do good by the company and it’s look too ugly...
                            And i also complaint in the showroom also but i am not getting proper response for showroom also. I am not satisfied to the company policy and the company goods.

                              I have purchased a celerio vdi car in march 2016 from a dealership in raipur chhattisgarh.
                              Feeling some uncomfortably in driving i complained in sky automobiles. Raipur before two month then showroom technician team issued me noproblem clean chit.
                              Now increasing the accelerator rpm goes high in comparison car speed.
                              Its a normal or productive fault i don't know.

I complained "some sound is coming near to shocker". They advised me to change shocker kit after changing when problem not got resolved they are saying steering is faulty which i refused to change. Then i went to akansha maruti service centre sitarganj where i found actual problem is link rod. Uma motors is making customers fool and changing ok parts of car and not resolving problem properly.
                                Pls. Take strict action.

                                  Dear sir, my swift dzire car sent for repair at body shop at bright four wheels lucknow centre on 23 jun 17, after repair car was delivered to my residence by service centre after repair. Again on 04 nov i sent my car for routine paid service at same centre. Then during the inspection it was found that old puncture stepney was kept in place of my unused new stepney. I informed the same to the concerned person mr. Ajay tiwari. He did not give satisfactory reply. Kindly look into the matter and enquire the same.                                     Hi, i own a all new suzuki access 125 which i purchased on 1st may 2016. Last night me and my wife were coming from a party and at around night 11pm suddenly there were some strange sounds coming out of the engine. I suddenly stopped the vehicle and was checking what happened. I could not find any problem, but i was not able to start the vehicle after that. I have to push the vehicle tk near mechanic and got it checked there. The mechanic opened the engine and said that some part inside the engine got damaged and you vechicle cannot take self start now. He temporarily fixed it by using kick start and said me to show it in showroom. It has been only 1 year that i purchased access and i got a problem in the engine, in fact i got ot serviced 1 month back from suzuki service center in malakpet gunj, hyderabad. I am dissapointed by owning suzuki. I also own honda activa from past 7 years and i dont have a single problem till now and im access i got problem within 1 year. Immediatly fix my problem else refund my money.

                                      I had booked maruti alto vxi (O) at future motors, dehradun on 22nd october 2017. Mr. Deepak and kamla goswami told me that they will intimate me when i can take the vehicle. On thursday i. E 2 nov 2017 he called me and told me that car is on the way and you can collect it on friday. Before thursday also i called him to collect the cheque so that there is no problem in my delivery of my car because my father will come from rishikesh and i have to take the delivery on sunday. On saturay evening theycalled and refused to deliver the car on sunday.
                                      Mr. Deepak or kamla goswami did not come to recieve the cheque and now they are refusing to complete the commitment. Now my father is going back on sunday. Either please refund my money or give my delivery on date.

                                      Please look into the matter.

                                        Last year i was purchased the new maruti suzuki dizzer

                                        And maruti showroom dealer provide me hdfc ergo company insurance policy

                                        Place-wagholi, pune

                                        Vehicle type :-swift dizzier

                                        Insurance company name :- hdfc eargo

                                        Last week on 30th oct monday policy renewal

                                        Due date

                                        For renewal purpose i visited in sai services wagholi showroom on 28th oct 2017

                                        And contact insurance representative after all discussion he provide one slip to pay the amount of rs 26154/- in account dept

                                        I pay the policy amount in cash and take the receipt (Available with me)

                                        Next day 29th oct on sunday i was received call form maruti suzuki and inform me about policy cover other details

                                        (Policy verification call)

                                        Next day 30 oct on monday i personally go to visit at wagholi showroom for take the print out. But some technical reason policy print out not provide by your dealer

                                        (Inform me reason)

                                        From monday to friday daily i visited in showroom for policy print out and also calling for status

                                        Finally friday afternoon your team say your policy rejected by insurance policy due to wrong amount received from your end

                                        I pay the insurance amount of rs 26154/- is confirm by your dealer,

                                        Know my policy was discontinued,
                                        Above incident ware was my fault

                                        Pl check and renewal the old running policy

                                        Hope you understand the my concern
