Since the day i bought the car (Ignis) i have sent out ten requests to fix up the music system but it was not entertained and solved by anybody car went to the nexa showroom thrice please check into your records they never have a problem solved answer it's heights of embarrassment when they can't fix the hardware issues in a software please let me know what to do....

I renewal my insurance policy in (Shasti cars, tirupur, tamil nadu). I pay amount on 28.10.2017 in shasti cars. My policy ready on 28.10.2017 evening but not infrom to collect my policy. Today evening evening time i go shasti cars ask my policy then only give to me. Shasti cars serivce very wrost.

I own a maruti celerio zxi variant car purchased in november 2015. I car is still under warranty.in recent my car is giving noise and vibration when driving in traffic between gear 1 and 2. This matter was reported to rns motors where i purchased the car. It was attended and was in good condition for few days. Again the problem a raised. I am the owners of this above mentioned model. I have taken the delivery of this car from bhandari automobile kharagpur, west bengal.

1) from day one i have seen the rear seat headrest is missing from it. I have raised a complaint, but came to know this is not available in this model. It's mandatory for long journey.

2) provision for putting fog lamp is there but it is nor available...

I paid the insurance amount by online mode on 15.09.2017, for that a link was provided by one of your executives namely nisha from rana motors, it was told that policy with some gift packs will be sent through an executive within 24 hrs. But policy has not been given to me til this time. Earlier i called the customer service for the same but they also said that policy will be provided the following day. Till date, the policy is not provided....

I purchased a suzuki access125 on dated 15.10.2017 at sunrise autos, mandi dabwali distt - sirsa pin 125104, bill no. 07 in the name of suresh kumar. I my self samir desai booked maruti omni on 18/9/17 at comet motors surat. The salesmen told that waiting for maruti omni (Taxi) is 20 to 22 days its almost 40 days and still i have not received my vehicle. Hi today as my birthday went by access 125 as per discussion with dealer candidate made the payment. But later came back and asked for few more documents. But i dont problem to give the document but yhe way show room people approached to me was very bad. Suzuki show room people behaved very badly and no proper documentation knowledge.
Pls address the issue such incidents should not happen with any other customer

My car was given for servicing, there was slight shake during driving. The authorised service center said that the high pressure pump is damaged and the connecting rods are bent.
I want this to be complained to maruthi suzuki, as its a major problem and moreover there was no history of car damage.

If this is not resolved, i shall raise a notice against the company....

I bought maruti suzuki swift zdi 2015 model from indius in july 2015. Just after 2 years and waranty, my swifts high pressure diesel pump got damaged. For changing it, rs 35000 is needed.

I want to know why this is happening?

I want it to be corrected. Other wise, it will be a serious problem

I was travelling to delhi, near meerut my car suddenly stop which was 10 month old and 7200 km ran, in forest where there is no one. I m with my family. I called to customer care then they provide me toying facility in 5 hour. It got already late so i went to delhi. I found some small pieces of metal with engine oil.
