Hi,

I have purchased a Maruti Ertiga car during 2019. On 14 December, 2021 it hit on the payment and got damaged. i have given it for repair at Indus Motors - Kanjirapally - Kottayam. Till date the repair work has not been completed for want of drives shaft which is not available with dealers and claimed to make a Maruti order. This will take another 2 weeks time to procure the spare parts and further delay repairing the vehicle....

I m the car owner of Maruti Ertiga VXI CNG registered at Maharashtra - MH46BA[protected]. I took loan against this car and till date all loan amount paid.
This is to bring to your notice that I have been delivered car which of poor quality and full car is getting rust including the engine portion also.
Need your help to get positive and immediate response from Maruti Suzuki company. My car is just 4 years now...

Have booked MS Spresso vxi plus AGS with RNS motors sirsi UK 3 months before but yet to get a clear delivery date from them. Every time i get to hear some stupid excuses and nothing more than that. They seems not at all trying to escalate further and customer satisfaction is completely missing....

Dear Sir/ Madam I had a call Sai service centre from Agashi virar west Maharashtra informing me that my warrantg claim is rejected by maruti suzuki, May i know the reason plz, bcoz the rear dead Axle is manufactoring defect, bcoz many of my friends had faced the same problem.The vehicles manufactured in November 2020, Ihave almost have the same problem.So plz do the needfull ....

I have a Baleno vehicle purchased from Nexa Mangalore on November 2017. Registration No is KA20MB7670. In four years I am seeing rust formation in many parts of the body because of the poor paint quality (?). In my recent service, I have been told that Maruti Suzuki gives only two years of warranty on paint. I don't believe a car of 9 lakhs price tag comes with such a low quality paint. Please suggest....

I am greatly disappointed by Maruti Suzuki India and its dealer in Bhuj, Kutch. I was been told that we will get our car within 45 days maximum but now its been four months i am chasing and no one is responding properly.
