Unauthorised construction sir sub:- Unauthorized construction (update) I would like to update that I have lodge the complaint on 23 march about unauthorised construction which was going on in C-7, 254/B, Lawrence road, Keshav Puram, Delhi -35. The complaint is given below but now the problem is they are doing construction at night also. Kindly look into the matter because if floor gets ready its demolishing will be impossible for MCD. Kindly take action as soon as possible. (I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE IS ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN 143 POCKET NO. 3 JANTA FLATS NEW DELHI -110063, the name of the owner is Mr. Kandpal. They are constructing Five floors with out permission. AND Balcony 4.5 Fit for each floor. Kindly take action as soon as possible. Regards Renu resident of Lawrence road

Illegalconstruction

The enclosed pictures show unauthorised contruction being done by a police officer who lives in A-570 Kalkaji Double Storey in South Delhi. Whilst I am not certain how a police officer can afford to buy a house in South Delhi as despite working hard my entire life it is difficult for a common middle class person to buy a house in South Delhi. Further, a person who is expected to protect the law is using his power and authority to flout the very same law and construction illegal structures.

I am quite certain no official action will be taken but as a law abiding citizen it is painful to be a mute spectator, hence I am uploading the pictures.
