It is for your kind information that i had purchased few sports items for my son online from meerutsports.com on 12/08/2016 vide order no.[protected] for the following items:-

1. Sg nexus cricket batting legguards boy's size;
2. Sg ecopak cricket kit bags

After that i had called several times regarding status of the order to their helpline nos., but none of them satisfactorily replied.

Then i contacted the gateway partner payumoney through which i had paid the amount for the products online. After that they requested me for the following:-

We request you to share the bank details so that the merchant can initiate the refund.

But till now the amount was not refunded.
