[Resolved] Micromax — Automatically switched off every now and then | |||
I bought a new handset on 18.08.2015(Model Canvas Spark Q380). Have a complaint in Automatically switched off every now and then. I handover my phone to service center, on Sep'15. they said this is sent to Head office for further complaint. But they not sent to my phone anywhere, lying with service center for one month, after my pressure they hand over my phone. But the issue not resolved. Again i given to My phone on 24.11.2015 wide the job sheet no : S[protected]. Still my phone not ready. I beg you please refund my Cash to my bank account. I am not interested to use your phone.
