Micromax — Bulged battery consequently damaged back cover and Service center not responded properly. | |||
Dear Micromax Team, I purchased a mobile phone Micromax Knight 350 bearing IMEI no [protected] from Hisar on Nov 2014.For first three month i felt very happy and i was satisfied as i choose Knight over Samsung Grand but as time passed i came to know that its battery backup reduced to half day and later to a few minutes. After few days its back cover started bulging but when i went to Global communication (Auth. Micromax service partner), executive told me that it is a paid job as battery warranty is of six months only, This bulged battery consequently damaged back cover also (This is not customer fault) so should be covered under warranty And moreover if its battery life is only six months then there is no use of changing battery again and again, it is better to dump this phone. Despite satisfying me Service centre Executives are even unable to provide me right time estimate. For your further reference RO copy, bill and phone snaps is attached. What a mess for the company like Micromax. You are dreaming to become no. 1 but your service center support is not good. I am frustrated of this. Can you please help me on this?
