[Resolved] Micromax Canvas A110 — change handset after reception from customer care | |||
sir i submitted my micromax canvas 4 at lajpat nagar micromax care on 1st august 2014.my power button was not working properly so they assured me of repairing my phone in 7 -10 days ..then my brother went there on 18th aug and they asked him to wait for 20 mins and i got my phone back with the power button working properly but after reaching home we noticed that iemi number was not the same as was written on my bill.we dialled *#06# to check our imei number, it was showing some another imei number ..he went there again and they did something and changed the imei number to my old one ...they said they have changed my phone's motherboard and were not ready to listen to him..now that phone which they have given me has come up with a new problem of not showing the network...i am not able to call anyone as my vodafone network comes and goes( that too for a very long time).i think they have replaced my phone. with someone else's...
