Sir, there was problem in my phone so i took my phone to the customer care in mahavir telecom service centre mulund.. on 6th of august 2015. they took my phone and said that i will get my phone within a week. my phone is in guarantee period. so i gave it to them n my job sheet no is #w[protected]#w. its been more than one and half month, but i didn't get my phone every time i call them they say that the phone has been sent to the head office. they promise to give mobile in 20 days and give complain but still now i have not received the mobile. when can i get the mobile? please give information about my handset when i have received? my mobile number is [protected] and email add is [protected]@rediffmail.com. please inform to me...
