[Resolved]  Micromax Canvas Juice A177 — Service centers

Dear friends, I took Micromax juice 177 on Dec 7th.. it was working fine till oct 1st .. on Oct 1st I faced some enhancement connectivity problem.I thought to give to service center so on 3rd of oct I gave to the service center they gave me a job sheet no S[protected], , they had told me that it ll be ok by one week.. after one week when I asked they told next week, , this continued for 2 weeks, , one day that is on nov 12th they said mobile is ready when I went to recieve my mobile they said its not yet ready and they gave new job sheet no i.e., S[protected]..after that I continuously called for costomer care finally on dec 3rd They said mobile is ready and I went to collect my mobile ..when I saw the mobile and checked for The enhancement connectivity was OK, , but the mobile started hanging like hell and also it automatically getting restarted and I shown this one to them they again said they will have a look and fix the issue and call me back after the mobile is ready and they gave job sheet no of S[protected], on 7th I called and asked for the mobile they said its ready, , I Went on 8 yth of dec to collect my mobile but wen I went there an checked for the mobile the same hanging problem was not rectified when I shown instantaneouly to service man they said it will again check and tell they gave job sheet no of S[protected]...they promised me they will give within 15 days, , when I called on 24th of dec they said next week now every Monday I am calling the answer is same they are asking one more week, one more week, , its now 13th January I still not received my mobile when I call to the toll free no of micromax they just tell we will get it soon now its today 100th day i/.r 13th jan, , i not got my mobile.. I asked minimum 10 times to give me a spare mobile but they not cared at all... guys I had some problem with my samsung mobile before they took 15 days and also when I requested for spare mobile they provided me happily.. and also They corrected my mobile with in 15 days. when I called to micromax toll free no and explained my problem told them that I want to talk to higher authority, they told me that will get a call from micromax Higher authority, , but till now I not got any call from micromax, recently I have mailed to micromax twice about the issue but I not got any response from the micromax.. I am really tired of calling and mailing to micromax.. I am planning to go to the consumer court.. Guys Please dont think to buy micromax mobiles they are the real cheaters ..Please spend some more bucks for which yu can buy nokia, samsung or sony... please dont buy micromax friends..I dont want you frnds to face the same problem. I have decided to go to the consumer court soon... [protected]@gmail.com

Thank you Micromax for replacing my mobile.. I not got proper responce from micromax but finally they have given me a brand new micromax juice 2.. really thankful to micromax. Please promise the proper date of delivering.. Thanks and regards Sharathkumar C Joshi

Today again I have called the service center, Again I got the same response as before i.e., I may get my mobile on Thursday.When I called the toll free no.They told me that I may get with in 15 days, , its every monday I am getting the same answers from both..now You guys not responding also... Please process soon..

I am tired of writing mails and calling service center.All the time one thing I am heard is sorry which is not making any difference this is my fourth mail but I did not get any good responce from micromax. I have given my mobile on 3rd of oct with job sheet no S[protected]. Now I have got S[protected].on 08th of dec..All the time I cll to service center they just sy to wait 1more week..Today They Had promised to give but now they are telling they not recieved from company.and they will mail the same.when I tried to talk to toll free no ..They are not ready to talk they just cut the call .Its really irritating whenever I call to the service center as they are not even bothered to respond me properly. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

12 Days back When I called to toll free and told that I wanted to talk to the higher authority, they said i will get a call with in 24hrs from higher authority, and they give me Reference no of MMX[protected]. Till now I not got any call.I promise Micromoax that I will never ever buy micromax products from now on.. My colleagues and frnds know my problem and they re refusing to take micromax..

After 45(03RD OCT-18 NOV) days I got my mobile back ( S010065
[protected] and S[protected] When I took my mobile on 18th
of Nov, Different problems has been started i.e., mobile started
hanging like hell.. lagging all the time, , , , , Yesterday I got time to
go to service center and i had given my mobile for service to clear
this hanging problem(S[protected] I have to spend 200rs(to &
fro) for my bus charge every time time I go to service center..As I am
from Gadag and I have to go to Hubli service center. yesterday it was
7th time I went, today in the evening when I called to the service
center and asked about mobile they said mobile is ready you can come
and take...instantaneously I stopped every work and cached Hubli bus I
reached around 7pm to the hubli service center when they turned on my
mobile it was again hanging .. now they have told to come tomoro..
I TOOK THAT MOBILE BY MY HARD EARNED MONEY ..HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO
COME TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND YOU GUYS NOT READY TO GIVE ONE SPARE
MOBILE ALSO/.., , CAN I PLEASE HAVE A REPLACEMENT AS THIS IS GIVING
HELL PROBLEMS..

I am sharathkumar c joshi from Karnataka, I Purchased Micromax
juice 177, 9 months back, , Recently I got some problem with the
Enhancement Connectivity so gave to Hubli Micromax service center on
[protected] the docket no for the same they issued is S[protected]
19524901 They had told that it will be repaired with in 2
days..when I called after 2 days they just started postponing the
dates, and on 14 th they said the mobile is OK, , when I went to
receive my mobile they said its not yet ready and sent for correction
as there is some problem in the motherboard.. and gave new docket no
ie., S[protected] now again they are postponing the weeks
and not days continuously, They are not ready to give a spare mobile
also...I am really frustrated with the micromax service please help
me out of this, kindly let me know when I can get my mobile back..
